SY & Vie Droplet Clutch

The Droplet Clutch turns something fleeting into something you can hold. Drops are carved in soft relief across the front panel, rising from a shadowed ground so they seem to hover halfway between forming and falling. Frame, panel and softly puffed top handle are all finished in a quiet cream, which leaves the sculpting to do the talking - the calmest piece in the collection, and the most tactile.

Every SY & Vie bag takes more than 140 hours to reach your hands. Each one is carved, shaped and finished by hand in the atelier using heritage techniques - woodcarving, wood inlay and Sylvie Quartara's signature Assemblage method - so no two pieces are ever quite alike.
